The International Days of Youth in Diveyevo 27 July - 3 August 2003

Invitation

Common Cause Interregional Public Youth Organisation as the organiser (hereinafter the “Organiser”) of the International Days of Youth in Diveyevo (hereinafter the “IDY”) shall undertake to perform the following:

1. Prior to 30 June 2003, register the IDY delegates and collect money for the organisation of the IDY as part of the church celebration of the 100^th anniversary of the canonisation of St. Seraphim of Sarov.

2. Elaborate and implement the cultural and educational programme of the IDY.

3. Prior to 27 July 2003, organise and support the infrastructure of the IDY camp in compliance with sanitary code and fire protection rules.

4. Provide meals for the delegates from 27 July to 3 August 2003.

5. From 27 July to 3 August 2003 provide the guarding of the IDY camp.

6. In accordance with the consolidated plan of the IDY, provide the unimpeded advance of the IDY delegates to the site of church celebrations in Diveyevo and its surroundings, as agreed upon with the Executive Committee of the Celebration of the 100^th Anniversary of the Canonisation of St. Seraphim of Sarov.

IDY delegate fee shall be 70 EURO.

The Organiser shall also undertake to provide the following:

1. Visa support for delegates.

2. Rental of camping outfits (tent, sleeping-bag, rug) for participation in the IDY.

3. Transportation to the IDY site and for pilgrimage tours.

4. Organisation of pilgrimages to the Russian cities for the IDY delegates.

Extra fee shall be stipulated upon the submission of delegate application to the Organiser.

In case of support to the IDY from sponsors or federal agencies in the setting up of the camp (see camp plan) the sum of the extra fee would be decreased.
